All maintenance requests must be made in writing via email.  If it is an electrical or gas appliance that needs repair we will require the make and model number.  Please include the full address of the property and your contact details in the email.  Where possible please also email a photo of the issue.  Please email: danielle@commvestmanagement.com.au or tim@commvestmanagement.com.au

Phone requests will only be accepted in extreme emergencies. Where possible, we aim to attend to requests immediately, however in some instances where we are required to obtain quotes and the landlord’s approval there may be a short delay. It is the tenant’s responsibility to provide access and keep appointments with tradespeople. Should a tenant not keep an appointment, the tradesperson may charge the tenant a call out fee. Should the property have a garden area which forms part of the rental property then maintenance of gardens/grounds are the tenant’s responsibility. Please ensure that the grass is cut, rubbish is removed and all garden beds weeded. Please ensure the garden is fully watered during the term of your tenancy.
