Danielle has worked in real estate for 25 years managing both residential and commercial properties. Danielle is now focusing on managing residential properties. She offers her clients an in depth knowledge of rental marketing and pricing plus a comprehensive understanding of up to date tenancy law. TIM MCDERMOTT (DIRECTOR)
Tim has substantial experience in the sale, leasing and management of retail, commercial and industrial properties as well as having worked on significant development projects.
Tim also has vast experience acting as a consultant in acquiring properties for clients often in an “off market” capacity where discretion, persistence and confidentiality are paramount.
